Arain jewellers offers a fantastic layaway option, at 20% down & six months to pay off your purchase. All pending layaways after 21days of the original start date are eligible for exchange or credit note. No alterations can be made until layaway is at minimum 50% paid. If the layaway is not fully paid for and picked up within 6 months of the original layaway start date, the item(s) and any deposits or payments will become the sole property of Arain Jewellers.

If at any time you decide to upgrade your present ring for another of greater value (at least twice the original net purchase price), Arain Jewellers will give you full credit on the net purchase price of you original ring that can be put towards your upgraded ring.

We have always prided ourselves on providing exceptional repair services. We understand many people are uncomfortable having their prized possessions sent out for an uncertain amount of time. However, at Arain Jewellers we have an on-site master goldsmith who can accommodate most repairs, including:

ring sizing, chain soldering, shank replacement, jewellery polishing, gemstone setting, clasp replacement among many other tasks.

Turnaround time is generally a few hours to a few days depending on the repair itself.

We also provide other jewellery services from pearl re-stringing to enamelling to laser engraving.

You can be sure that your jewellery will receive the utmost care and security when it in our possession.

Arain Jewellers offers this added protection for your fine jewellery. The Lifetime Extended service plan may be purchased to cover any karat gold, gemstone, or diamond jewellery within 60 days of the original purchase at Arain Jewellers.*

For this service plan to remain valid, authorized Arain Jewellers craftsmen must perform all workmanship, repairs and customwork.

We will furnish the labor and parts necessary to maintain the merchandise in a useable and wearable condition, provided such service is necessitated by merchandise wear during normal usage of the merchandise under conditions for which it was designed.  This service plan is a “repair” plan and all decisions regarding repair or replacement will be the sole right of Arain Jewellers.

Our Lifetime Extended Service Plan does not cover loss or theft, excessive abuse or neglect, improper treatment or damage caused by accidents, fire or acts of God. Original receipt must be attached to verify merchandise covered and purchase of plan. This plan is non transferable.

Your Guarantee of Protection
If, at any time, your original diamond becomes chipped or lost from its original setting, Arain Jewellers will replace it FREE of any charge.  These inspections must be carried out and recorded at least once every six months to keep your protection plan valid.
Presentation of the validated receipt and protection plan is required.

Lifetime Trade Up Plan
Arain Jewellers will happily accept your Arain Jewellers bridal set, diamond solitaire ring, solitaire diamond earrings, solitaire diamond pendant, diamond trinity or diamond anniversary ring towards your new purchase of a regular priced diamond. Your next diamond purchase must be at least twice the price paid for the original diamond. Presentation of this valid receipt is required. 

Inspection & Maintenance
In order for Arain Jewellers to provide you with our jewellery guarantee on high wear items such as stone set rings, proper maintenance inspections must be performed every six months. Just bring in your Item and the inspection will be performed free of charge. These inspections must be carried out and recorded at least once every six months to keep your protection plan valid.

Permanently Registered
Your diamond purchase is registered and a full record is kept for future reference.

Appraisal  Service by a qualified gemologist is offered to assist you in establishing the insurable value of your purchase again loss of theft. We recommend that you insure your jewellery against these circumstances. 

Mounting Guarantee
Arain Jewellers guarantees your original mounting to be free of all manufacturers defects in workmanship for one year. If any manufacturers defects should arise within one year from the date of purchase, Arain Jewellers will repair your mount free of charge. This limited lifetime warranty does not cover theft, mysterious disappearances, loss or damage other than normal wear.
